    First You should check whether the Intended/proposed Name of the Company is available or Not, as You can not use Name of the Company, which is already registered at MCA Portal or have TradeMark registration. The Registrar of Company (ROC) will not allow to use any name, which is identicle to name already registered at MCA Portal or IPR Portal.
